Vortex is finished, so go play it. The best part is that it has online highscores. There’s a shout box now and the theme icons have been improved. More art soon (maybe).

Every post I make seems to be about art now, mainly because it’s all I’ve been doing latley (along with a bit of guitar). So anyways, a new game is almost finished! It’s an abstract arcade shooter with online highscores, multiplayer and joypad support. All that’s left to do is intro and outro cinematics. So for the mean time here’s some screenshots, (as with all my games, it looks much better in motion!) + Check out my stop motion video

Site wise I have added a new section of art for smaller images most of which I made in the holidays. The comment box bug has also been fixed. School starts again soon so the site will probably get updated a little more regularly. In other news, my surreal game PHWTCU has reached over 175 replies on it’s GMC topic. There’s a new game in the works too, but I’ll write about that next time.

Hmm, third post in a row about site graphics, but this time I’ve found a good one. You can now change the sites theme by clicking the colored swirls in the side bar. Cool eh? I drew all of the stuff myself and that art page has majorly expanded too.

The new theme is a lot different than the old style, so I’ll leave it up for a while and see how it goes. I added a new art section too and revamped the old art menu so it’s like the games now. I’m planning on making my art work a larger part of the site so I’ll be adding more and more (a picture is a lot faster to make than a game too!).
